This specialized air jet loom is purpose-built for high-efficiency production of medical gauze, surgical bandages, and absorbent dressings.
Featuring a high-rigid frame, energy-saving independent air supply, and precision electronic control, it ensures stable high-speed weaving (500–750 RPM).
It produces clean, selvedge-finished gauze (without secondary processing) from 21–40S degreased cotton yarns (sizing-free).
Key advantages: low energy consumption, minimal maintenance, high yield, and consistent quality meeting strict medical standards.
