Full Process Flow

Cotton yarn → warping & sizing → weaving→ dyeing→ drying→ Grey fabric

Grey fabric → Slitting machine → Edge sewing machine → Cross sewing machine →  Folding & packing machine → Finished products

Main Machines

1. Warping & sizing machine:prepare the warp beam with yarn for weaving
2. Weaving machine:air jet terry towel loom,to supply high output production towel fabric
3. Dyeing and drying machine,according to the capacity of towel fabric,we will give solution
4. Automatic Towel Slitting Machine: Cut wide fabric into fixed width towel strips accurately.
5. Longitudinal Edge Sewing Machine:Double sides overlock sewing, adopt 401 chain stitch, neat and firm.
6. Cross End Sewing Machine:Auto fixed-length cutting & two ends hemming, form finished towel shape.
7. Towel Folding & Packing Machine:Auto fold, bag seal and finish packaging.
